In an exciting development for the luxury real estate market, Dubai-based architect Shaun Killa has partnered with Noida’s CRC Group to design a cutting-edge residential project in Greater Noida, set to launch in early 2025. Shaun Killa is celebrated globally for his remarkable designs, including the iconic Museum of the Future in Dubai and the Bahrain World Trade Center, the first commercial building to integrate wind turbines. His portfolio also includes high-profile projects like the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Quay Wall Villas and the Address Beach Resort.

At a recent event in Noida, Killa expressed his enthusiasm for this new venture. “This is the right time to work on projects in India as the China market is a bit soft at the moment. We believe that design is not a commodity but an art form. We focus on maintaining high quality in all our designs,” he stated.

Sustainability at the Forefront

Killa emphasized the importance of sustainability in his work. “We are excited to bring our design philosophy of sustainability and innovation to this landmark project with CRC Group. Our goal is to create a design that not only stands the test of time but also respects the environment and complements the culture of the region,” he added.

The forthcoming CRC project aims to integrate luxury with eco-conscious living, boasting between 375 to 400 units, many of which will offer stunning views of a nearby golf course. Each unit will exceed 5,000 square feet, providing ample space for a high-end lifestyle.

A Strategic Move for CRC Group

Kunal Bhalla, founder and CEO of CRC Group, explained the strategic reasoning behind this collaboration: “We want buyers to invest in luxury products in India rather than going abroad. This project will feature amenities typically found in Dubai, right here in Greater Noida.”

Bhalla further highlighted the project’s uniqueness, stating, “We don’t do volumes. The ultra-luxury project we are planning will include a club and amenities that have never been seen in the NCR before.”

Meeting Demand in a Growing Market

With a surge of industries emerging along the Yamuna Expressway, the demand for luxury housing in Greater Noida is set to rise. Bhalla noted, “Our target audience includes long-standing industrialists in Noida and professionals seeking upscale living. There’s a significant gap between the availability of luxury housing and the demand in the NCR market.”
