Additionally, 58% expressed a desire for their ideas and opinions to be valued and appreciated by their colleagues. The survey revealed that nearly 64% of employees feel more connected to their jobs when their companies encourage creative thinking. Furthermore, 61% said they appreciate having the freedom to express themselves openly.
