In response to buyer requests, Noida Authority has appointed Nimbus Projects Limited as the co-developer for Sunworld Residency Private Limited’s project located at Plot No. GH1/C in Sector 168, Noida. The move aims to reinvigorate progress on the project, ensuring homebuyers can finally expect possession of their flats in the foreseeable future. Sector 115 Ambience Group Project Secures Completion Partner
In a similar measure, Noida Authority has designated Theme County Private Limited as the co-developer for another stalled project by Ambience Group on Group Housing Plot No. 1, Sector 115.
