Understanding these issues, LG directed DDA to provide all necessary documents along with the possession letter. This decision aims to simplify the process and ensure that buyers have all required documents without any additional effort.
New Customized Folder

DDA will now provide a customized folder to flat buyers, containing all the important documents related to their flats. This folder will include:
- Demand Cum Allotment Letter
- Payment Receipt
- Possession Letter
- Possession Slip
- Water and Electricity NOCs
- RERA Registration Certificate
- Layout Plan Papers

Inclusion for Existing Buyers
For those who have already purchased DDA flats, this new facility will also be available. DDA has introduced a new format for the possession slip. At the time of possession, buyers will receive their documents on-site, and a photo will be taken of them. This photo will also be included in their customized folder.

Delhi’s LG is also supervising DDA’s recent housing schemes launched last month. These schemes include projects in Narela, Dwarka, Siraspur, Ramgarh, Rohini, Lok Nayak Puram, and Jasola. Buyers in these areas will also benefit from this new facility.
