Launched earlier this month, ‘Sanctuary 105’ is a premium residential project set across 13 acres in Sector 105. The initial phase garnered overwhelming interest, with over 700 potential buyers expressing a desire to purchase homes in the development. As per experts, the Gurugram real estate market has experienced a surge in new projects priced above Rs 5 crore, creating a noticeable gap for affordable luxury options. The Managing Director of ATS Homekraft emphasized that this project aims to fill that void, targeting end-users and first-time homebuyers.

The project’s design is geared toward exclusivity, with each tower accommodating only two apartments per floor. This thoughtful approach not only enhances privacy but also adds a luxurious touch to the living experience. Plans are in place for the development of approximately 750 apartments, encompassing a built-up area of 23 lakh square feet and a saleable area exceeding 16 lakh square feet.

In addition to residential offerings, the project will feature 1.3 lakh square feet of high-street retail space, providing residents with convenient access to shopping and services. Construction has already commenced, signaling the company’s commitment to delivering quality housing in a timely manner.

ATS Homekraft, part of the prestigious ATS Group and backed by HDFC Capital as an equity partner, is poised to capitalize on the strong demand for housing across major Indian cities. Industry analysts have noted that the rapid sell-out of ‘Sanctuary 105’ can be attributed to the brand’s reputation for quality and the attractive pricing strategy that differentiates it from competitors. Gurugram-based real estate brokerage firm V S Realtors has highlighted the significance of these factors in driving sales within such a brief timeframe.

Currently, the group has an additional 30 million square feet under development across key markets, including Delhi-NCR, Punjab, and Mumbai.
