Greater Noida Phase 2 Set for Massive Transformation: New Master Plan Approved

Groundbreaking Development for 144 Villages
The Greater Noida Phase 2 master plan has been officially approved by Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Town and Country Planner. Spanning 55,970 hectares, this ambitious project aims to transform an expansive area stretching from Gautam Buddh Nagar to Bulandshahr’s Gulawathi. The plan encompasses 144 villages across Gautam Buddh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Hapur, and Dhaulana, signaling a significant development boost for the region.
Diverse Allocation of Land
Residential Projects: 17.4% of the land will be dedicated to new residential developments, enhancing housing options in the area.
Commercial Hubs: 4.8% of the area will be allocated for commercial and shopping centers, stimulating economic activity.
Industrial Growth: A substantial 25.4% will be reserved for industrial projects, promoting economic growth and job creation.
Educational Institutions: 10.4% of the land is set aside for universities, medical colleges, and engineering colleges, advancing educational infrastructure.
Transportation Network: 13.2% will be utilized for transportation infrastructure, including metro and high-speed train projects to improve connectivity.
Environmental Protection: 22.5% will be designated as green zones to prioritize environmental conservation.
CEO’s Vision for Future Growth
Ravi Kumar NG, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, emphasized the significance of the plan, stating, “With the approval from the Chief Town Planner, we are now progressing towards final approval from the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet and Delhi-NCR Planning Board. The implementation of this master plan will accelerate industrial and infrastructural development in Greater Noida Phase 2, ensuring comprehensive regional growth.”
